Buying a pool was a luxury item for us & the choice of a reputable pool supplier was not easy. We are new to the Bendigo area & did not know whom to choose. It was also important to feel confident in the fact that our chosen pool supplier had extensive product knowledge, good customer service & first class workmanship. bg’s excelled on all fronts & we are extremely happy with our new pool. From the onset we were always given excellent service & more importantly our concerns & questions were answered in such a friendly & professional manner. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Due to personal reasons we had to change our pool selection and placement of our proposed pool. This was not a problem to you, & this along with all our other requests, was always dealt with in a no fuss way. Our thanks to you Matt, the lovely Monica (who answered numerous phonecalls & emails promptly & efficiently) and particularly Ash & Pat & their team for their excellent work installing our pool. Our property was always treated with respect & we appreciate that greatly.
